Teen Tech Tutor Program 

                           I created this program to increase local branding and community involvement in facilities in the Stonegate portfolio. 

                Strategic Planning and Data Analytics

Consulted with all the facilities leadership team quarterly to make sure they met targeted KPIs for census, digital marketing, on and offline advertising.  Most Stonegate facilities out preformed competitors online.

Problem: Low online review score cost the company significant revenue loss. Throughout the portfolio, most of the scores where 2.0 and below.

Solution: A brought on technology that would automate online review invites, lead a team that created collateral to solicit reviews inside all facilities and started publishing reviews and scores for all facilities weekly. 

Result: All facilities in the portfolio now have a review score of 3.5 and above.

I created this program to boost frontline employees moral during the pandemic. My team created am amazing awarded online program that has become a highly anticipated company highlight.

         Directed Marketing Team, Agency and Freelancers

I direct a team of graphic and website designers, bloggers, digital marketing specialists, and other support staff to manage and maintain all 40 websites, social media pages and collateral design. 

My team handles online reputation management, and successfully implementing the digital strategy for facilities in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. 

Under my leadership, Stonegate Senior Living and Haven Behavioral hospital's online and offline present saw a huge increase in engagement and  growth leading to a huge bump in census and revenue.
